The three country Thailand, Myanmar and Laos separated by the Ruak and the Mekong river form the famous Golden Triangle. This name comes from the production of opium between the 3 countries.
This place was so kitch that we had to take a picture :-)
The Golden Triangle: we were in Thailand, on the right is Laos and on the left is Myanmar.
The river on the right is Mekong and on the left the Ruak river.

In the back of a truck, we hitchhiked back to Chiang Saen.
On the way to the border to go to Laos, there was no more space in the bus for Mourad :-(
He stayed 2hours like that, he loved it.
